Important Notice for All Referees From Colorado Youth Soccer !! Substitution Rules for League - Fall 2010 / Spring 2011

Substitutions -
3.3  With the referee's permission, a team may substitute or re-substitute any number of players at the following stoppages: 
a. Prior to a throw-in, only by the team throwing in. 
b. Prior to a goal-kick, by either team. 
c. After a goal, by either team. 
d. After an injury when the referee has stopped play, by either team. 
e. Between periods, by either team. 
 
3.4. With the referee's permission, a team may substitute for a cautioned player at the time of the caution. 

4.3 j If a game is terminated because of weather or other environmental considerations, CYS shall judge it a completed game if the first half was completed before the game was terminated. If the match was of lesser duration, then it shall be replayed.

4.6 d If at any time during a match a coach receives a red card and is ejected from the game and there is no additional coach or team representative, who is a participant with the teams club present, the match will be terminated and the opposing team shall be awarded a forfeit.
